My name is Nick and I am pleased to show off my work on this site. I have studied Graphic Arts and 3D modelling and have worked many design and illustration jobs including 7 years as a 3D artist for a Melbourne based video games company. Currently I am working in Geelong Australia as a Graphic Designer, while in my spare time I pursue my hobby of Toy and figure making. Kaabaa is a way for me to publicise my work and make it easy for anyone interested to find out more. Using 3D modeling and printing, as well as CAD drafting, laser cutting, sculpting, moulding and casting I hope to make my inspirations a reality for you to enjoy.

Making is a passion of mine and I like to share my creations. Kaabaa is a news outlet for any of the projects in the works and any hints, tips, tutorials, and files that can be helpful for anyone tackling the same type of tasks. The site is split between shared projects that are open source that you are welcome to try for yourself, and passion projects that are mostly one-offs or very limited runs.
Kaabaa as a site and concept is in its very early stages and for the moment content is limited. I hope to have more to offer very soon but in the mean time you can keep up to date by checking the front page news or by subscribing.
